Itinerary

Half Day Morning Walk in History Tour will begin with a stroll through The Hippodrome, which was utilized for chariot races, demonstrations, riots, executions, as well as other significant historical events during Byzantine and Ottoman Empires. The trip through The Hippodrome will take about 45 minutes. The Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet Mosque), which is adorned with some of the finest examples of Turkish Tile Art History, will be the next stop. The Blue Mosque is a famous monument in Istanbul that was built in the 17th century. The next stop will be the St. Sophia (Hagia Sofia) Museum, which houses Christian and Islamic symbols together. The structure was constructed in 537 AD by Roman Emperor Justinian as a church, but it has been turned into a mosque since the 15th century. You'll spend about 1 hour at the site, which includes the the courtyard, entrance hall, main gallery and upper gallery. Our final stop will be the Grand Bazaar, which is one of the world's largest trading areas and has over 4000 stores. After this excursion, your tour guide will walk you to your accommodation around 13:00.
